Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Panchang Live for the use of panchang.live. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

  1. The service

    • Free: panchang, muhurta, festivals, eclipses, regional panji, horoscope, kundli and milan.
    • Paid: Chat answers and PDF reports, paid from your Panchamudra balance.

  2. Guidance, not a guarantee

    Panchang timings are calculated for your place and time. Astrological readings, muhurtas, matches and chat answers are traditional guidance for your own reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and we do not promise any outcome. Please use your own judgement for important decisions.

  3. Your account

    • You must be 18 or over to have an account.
    • You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account.
    • Give correct birth details: answers depend on them.

  4. Panchamudra

    • Panchamudra is your prepaid balance on panchang.live. ₹1 = 100 Panchamudra.
    • You add it by paying in rupees, and spend it on Chat answers and PDF reports. Prices are shown before you pay.
    • It is not money, earns no interest, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
    • Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

  5. Fair use

    • Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping, overloading, breaking security or reselling our results.
    • Do not use Chat to ask for harmful or unlawful content.
    • We may limit or close accounts that break these terms.

  6. Content

    The site, its design, text and software belong to Panchang Live. You may use the results for your personal and family use, and share a page link freely.

  7. Availability and liability

    We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Panchang Live is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

  8. Changes

    We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date and apply from then.

  9. Law and disputes

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400701, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to care@panchang.live so we can try to resolve it.
